Request: DS 3-01.6.2.B.2 - Modification to design of dead-end street (will exceed 1200 feet in length)
DS 3-01.3.3.A - Reduce pedestrian refuge area in the rights-of-way from five (5) feet to four (4) feet.

The Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) listed above has been approved by the Community Design Review Committee (CDRC), subject to the following conditions:

1. The 20' wide emergency access location (connecting Wild Life Drive to Silverbell Road) must be shown on the tentative and final plats,
2. The 20' wide emergency access must be paved, not exceed a longitudinal grade of 12%, and the method of public access restriction must be shown on the plat.
