The Development Standard Modification Requests (DSMR) as listed above have been approved by the Community Design Review Committee (CDRC), subject to the following conditions: 1. Revise tentative plat by relocating "no parking signs" so as much on-street parking along Golden Hills Road is provided as possible, 2. CC&R's must include statement about refuse pick-up being along Golden Hills Road and that the refuse cans must be removed the same day (after trash pick-up), 3. A level collection area with no obstacles which is 4 feet wide by 10.5 feet long is required for each lot. An additional 4.5 feet for each additional container is required.
