Request: DS 3-01.2.4.A Reduce width of parking lane from 8 feet to 7 feet with wedged curb,
DS 3-01.3.3.A & 3-01.4.1.A.1.a Reduce width of sidewalk within rights-of-way from 5 feet to 4 feet,
DS 3-01.2.6.A Reduce proposed bikeways from 10 feet to 8 feet in width,
DS 3-01.3.2.A & 3-.1.3.3.A.4 Eliminate curb required on each side of private drive (Streets that provide access to garages only),
DS 3-01.2.7.A & Figure 2 Eliminate requirement for separation between back of sidewalk in rights-of-way and property line.

The Development Standard Modification Requests (DSMR) as listed above have been approved by the Community Design Review Committee (CDRC), subject to the following conditions:

1. Sidewalks within the Pedestrian Pathways must be a minimum of 5 foot wide,
2. Maximum height of solid screens in the front yards facing the Pedestrian Pathways is 42 inches,
3. Provide adequate lighting in the Pedestrian Pathways.
