Clarify if the area to the west of the new storage building will be accessible by vehicle. If there will be no vehicular access in this area, demonstrate compliance with UDC 7.4.6.H - Barriers such as post barricades or wheel stop curbing, are required to prevent vehicles from driving into unimproved portions of the site 3. A 4' wide pedestrian circulation path that is a minimum of 4' wide and ADA compliant is required to connect all areas of development, including the two buildings. 4.
