Drainage Report Comments: 1. Exhibit A - Provide contour elevations on drainage map. 2. Exhibit A - Provide culvert hydraulic data on drainage map. 3. Exhibit A - Culvert alignment on drainage map does not match roadway plans. 4. Exhibit A - Exhibit A reports the basin area as 10.45 ac which is the "with Project Penny" area, but the basin limits are "without Project Penny". Reconcile basin areas and drawn limits. Does the Project Penny basin need to be shown? What is the purpose of calculation the with and without discharge? Please clarify which assumption is used as the basis of design. 5. Sheet 13 of 30 - Confirm adequate cover over culverts to be constructed "by other" as part of Project Penny. 6. Exhibit A - Need to address the pavement drainage area east of Aero2 and potential erosion where flow discharges at end of curb and gutter down the fill slope. 7. Sheet 13 of 30 - Need more detail for CU2 inlet grading and protection. It is set about 4 feet below adjacent grade. Need to ensure head cutting does not occur.
