05/12/2022 | PAUL CAMARENA | ZONING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | CDRC TRANSMITTAL TO: Development Services Department Plans Coordination Office FROM: Paul Camarena PDSD Zoning Review Section PROJECT: 3470 S KINO PW Development Package (1st Review) DP22-0109 TRANSMITTAL DATE: May 5,2022 DUE DATE: May 26,2022 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. Please provide Qin, Qout, volume retained and WSEL for each WH Basin. 3. Please provide calculations showing how the 616cf of stormwater volume was determined. 4. Figure 3 - Where do flows from southeast watershed (sidewalk and paved area) discharge and what is the Q100 discharge? 10. Please provide existing conditions hydrologic calculations for comparison with developed conditions. 11. As portion of the site is considered a balanced basin, please demonstrate that the post developed flows being discharged are equal to or less than existing conditions 12. Please provide inlet sizing calculations for all inlets. 13. Grading and Drainage Plan indicates 8.2 cfs will discharge into basin, which does not match what was described in the Drainage Statement. Is this in addition to onsite flows? How will this affect the WH basin and existing catch basin/storm drain? Please review and revise as necessary. 14. Attachments - Please include the full Master Drainage Report in your next submittal. Review and Comments provided by third party engineer reviewers under contract with the City of Tucson.
