1. The site/grading plan must represent the as-built conditions. (https://www.zillow.com/homes/1427-S-Camino-Arriba-Tucson,-AZ-85713_rb/97421285_zpid/)

2. Show the culvert under South Camino Arriba and its outlet. If the outlet remains blocked, provide a release from the Department of Transportation and Mobility.

3. Provide cut and fill quantities. Show pre-development and post-development grades throughout the site.

4. The floor elevation on the plans doesn't match the submitted elevation certificate. Provide consistent documents.

5. The floor elevation on the elevation certificate is not compliant with the City of Tucson and State of Arizona floodplain regulations. Explain how this will be corrected.

05/02/2022 SBEASLE1 ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change The City of Tucson Floodplain Administrator requires the following:

This property will not meet local codes for RFE but does meet FEMA BFE requirements. It will need to be flagged because it does not meet the ordinance requirements.

This property will be restricted from doing future modifications and additions and some substantial & non-substantial improvement modifications.

The following items need to be addressed by owner / builder per City floodplain ordinance and drainage manual requirements:

1.The existing 18-nch culvert outlet must be cleaned out to allow stormwater to pass through it. Grading of the west side of the lot must be made to redirect stormwater from that existing CMP outlet to flow around new residential building and over/under any driveway. Also

2.Drainage engineer is needed to provide a design for offset flows that are now obstructed by new building so that redirected flows are kept onsite and not diverted to adjacent properties. The obstructed /diverted flows should be sized for a side yard swale or other channel or improvement, that limits disturbance of riparian floodplain as much as possible while prioritizing flood safety and minimizing adverse impact. Grading permit must be provided and made part of the record.

3.Supply certificate of compacted soil (fill around the structure) and statement regarding need for erosion protection for building pad. Engineer may or may not ask for erosion protection to be added to areas around building pad.

4.After above items are completed by owner/builder and inspected by PDSD, the owner will then need to provide a new completed El cert.

Along with these requirements, the applicant must apply for a Letter of Map Amendment based on fill (LOMA-F) before final inspection and approvals.
