Technical Standard 2-01.2.1.D requires grading and building construction to be continuous from grubbing through building construction. 3. Show proposed grades on both sides of the retaining wall between the pool/spa areas and the future hardscape area. Ensure the proposed grades are clearly defined at all wall locations. 4.
