Reply to this email and attach:
1. City of Tucson Permit - check-marked and signed. See attached.
2. Contractor's Letter of Intent: This short Letter should include the project title, project address, Permit/Activity Number, and Arizona ROC number with CR-2 or A-5 grading license classification. https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search
3. (Area of Disturbance is over one acre) Fugitive Dust Activity Permit from Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362

After all the requirements are met, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email. The Plan Issued email will include information regarding your Plan document and required inspections. After we send the Plan Issued email AND any related permits have also been approved/issued, construction can begin.

For future REVISIONS:
Select individual sheets from the approved stamped Plan and add your revisions. Submit the individual revised sheets as one PDF. The complete "Approved Development Package" PDF document (all sheets) should also be submitted, but only as a REFERENCE document. The document's title should include the word "REFERENCE."
