Although the use may be existing and not planned to change, a use must identifies along with use-specific standards on the plan set. 3. Remove construction level details from the development package. Elevations of the canopy are appropriate but structural information isn't needed. 4. It is not clear on sheet 2 what is being proposed due to all the existing line work, cloud, delta, and other information.
