After we send the Plan Issued email AND any related building permits have also been issued, construction can begin. IMPORTANT - For future reference: When submitting a REVISION request for this approved plan, your revision pages can be submitted as their own PDF. The complete "Approved Development Package" PDF document should also be submitted, but only as a REFERENCE document. The reference document's title should include the word "REFERENCE."
