This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants and water harvesting. 1. The referenced development package DP18-0239 has been withdrawn, and has no effect on the current DP. The entire site requires bringing up to Code because of the expansion. The Unified Development Code (UDC) requires all new development or an expansion of less than 25% of an existing development submit a landscape plan, UDC 7.6.2. Preparation of the landscape plan shall adhere to UDC 7.6.4. and Administrative Manual 2-10. 2. This comment was not addressed, there is no NPPO approved for T21CM01383 - A Native Plant Preservation Plan, Section 7.7.4, is required to be submitted and approved. The new landscape plan shall include all the mitigation plants that are required when native trees are removed without permits. Sections 7.7.3.D.3 & .4 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and Admin. Manual Section 2-11.0.0 prior to Grading Plan approval. 3. This comment was not adequately addressed – The landscape shown on T21CM01383 has not yet been installed per plans. Please add T21CM01383 to the plans indicating to inspectors to look at that plan for the street landscape border. New calculations are required. 4. This comment was not adequately addressed - Please indicate the installation of a private submeter if a separate irrigation meter is not being provided. UDC Technical Standards 4-01.6.1.A.1. 5. This comment was not adequately addressed – The landscape areas shall be depressed 6-8” before d.g. is placed.
