Contractor's Letter of Intent: This short Letter should include the project title, project address, Activity Number, and Arizona ROC number with CR-2 or A-5 grading license classification. https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search After all documents are emailed to us, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email. That Plan Issued email will include information regarding your Plan document and required inspections. After we send the Plan Issued email, construction can begin. IMPORTANT - For future reference: When submitting a REVISION request for this approved plan, we will require that the approved and stamped plan be used. Add delta and revision clouds before submitting. (Using the stamped plan demonstrates that you are not submitting a brand new set of plans.)
