The Plan Issued email will include information regarding your Plan document and required inspections. After we send the Plan Issued email AND any related building permits have also been issued, construction can begin. IMPORTANT - For future reference When submitting a REVISION request for this approved plan, your revision pages can be submitted as their own PDF. The full "Approved Development Package" PDF document also should be submitted, but only as a REFERENCE document. The reference document's title should include the word "REFERENCE."
