Provide a detail comment response letter with the next submittal.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0316 and it appears that the building plans match the DP but until the DP is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. Any DP21-0316 sheets provided in the building plan set, with the exception of utility plans, either need to be the stamped approved DP sheets, marked as for reference only or removed from the building set.
