However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development package to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes. 1. Previous comment 10 - This comment was not addressed. Zoning acknowledges that a filled-out Consolidation Request Form was provided but there are not an approve from the Assessor’s Office. A hold will be placed on the C of O for Building Permit T22CM00402 until the lot combination is completed. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.E – As this site is made up of two (2) parcels a lot combination is required. Provide a copy of the approved Pima County Assessor’s Combo Request form with your next submittal. 2.
