Comments:
1. Comment number one remains. Please show 6 Ft wide sidewalk and necessary curb access ramps along Valencia Rd on the plans.
2. Also provide a "Key Note" which will state that the 6' sidewalk will be constructed per P.A.G. standard 200 and a "Key Note" which will state that the curb access ramps will be constructed per P.A.G. standard 207.
3. Show 5 Ft wide sidewalk along East Valencia Crossing Drive, and a "Key Note" mentioning this and that the sidewalk will be constructed per P.A.G. standard 200.
4. Previous comment number three remains. "Western most private access easement bisects an existing storm drain inlet (CB.) Show on the plans how this will be addressed.
5. New curb returns along Valencia Rd need to have a 25' radius. Show this on the plans.
6. Any new curb returns on East Valencia Crossing Drive need to have an 18' radius. Show this on the plans.
7. New concrete curb needs to be shown on the plans and a Key Note stating it will be installed per P.A.G. standard 209.
8. All of the Sight Visibility Triangles are drawn incorrectly on the plan. The tangent line of the triangle needs to be tangential and in line with the curb line of the street of which the SVT is noting. Please correct this.
