This comment was not adequately addressed - Four trees are required for shade in the parking lot (Detail Bldg. 11 spaces required, 1 tree per 4 parking spaces). As this is an expansion of an existing use, the trees may be planted anywhere on the site, as long as they provide shade on the asphalt.
