03/23/2022 JPEELDA1 COT NON-DSD FIRE Reqs Change Fire department access road dead ends. IFC 2018, Appendix D, D103.4 Dead ends. Dead-end fire apparatus access roads in excess of 150 ft shall be provided with width and turn around provisions in accordance with Table D103.4. Cul-de-Sac shall have a 96 foot diameter from curb to curb. COT uses the UDC and the IFC shall take precedence on the dead-end cul-de-sac.
