This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also, compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, an applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. located southeast of the intersection of East Camino Boleadoras and South Wilmot Road.
The property is zoned Planned Area Development 7 (PAD-7), with the proposed project containing a
single family use residential development.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public
disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.

3. Section 4.4 - Report indicates Appendix D "has been organized to describe each drainage basin's characteristics" however Appendix D was not included. Please review and revise as necessary.
4. Section 4.5 - Text indicates Hydraulic Toolbox reports are provided in Appendix D, but only summary table was found in App C. Please review and revise as necessary.
5. Section 4.6 - Text indicates a summary table is located in Appendix D, but Appendix D was not included. Please review and revise as necessary.
6. Section 4.7 - Additional discussion and/or summary table is needed to clarify which CPs contribute flow to each catchbasin.
7. Section 4.8 - Drainage swales are discussed but no calculations were found. Do these swales have capacity? What are the depths and velocities within these swales? Please review and revise as necessary.
8. Section 4.9 - Erosion control and stabilization is mentioned however calculations were not provided. Please include sizing for outlet protection shown.
9. Exhibit 4 - Stormdrain pipe, manholes, culverts and catchbasins aren't labeled on Exhibit 4. Please review and add necessary callouts for clarity.
10. Appendix C Stormdrain Analysis - Catchbasin table shows each trench drains fully capture 10-yr flows; however, both trench drains are at-grade and not in sag. Additional explanation is required to understand how all the 10-yr flow is captured at each catchbasin if not in sag. Please review and revise as necessary.
11. Appendix C Stormdrain Analysis - Catchbasin table shows numerous ponding Depths (gutter) over 6", which overtops curb and does not satisfy 10-yr flow street capacity previously mentioned in report. Please review and revise as necessary.

8. Add a note regarding the species and size of tree to be planted in each front yard lot.

9. Identify the specific cultivar for Leucophyllum and the species of Eremophilla on the plant legend.

10. According to the PAD “4.2 - Water Harvesting will be incorporated in park and open spaces areas.” Please label, note or otherwise show on the plans that this is being accomplished in these areas.
