The property is zoned Mobile Home Zone 1 (MH-1), with the proposed development containing six single family residential lots. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) conditionally approves the 4th submittal, but as of this review TAA has not received any of the required forms as stated in previous comments or responses from applicant. TAA requests to be included on the next submittal of this project to ensure that the required forms have been submitted for record.
