Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP21-0258 / Tentative Plat - The Tree Estates, Lots 1 thru 6; 4th Submittal, a development package application of a 0.966 acre site located northeast of the intersection of East Bilby Road and South Jeanette Boulevard. The property is
zoned Mobile Home Zone 1 (MH-1), with the proposed development containing six single family residential lots.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) conditionally approves the 4th submittal, but as of this review TAA has not received any of the required forms as stated in previous comments or responses from applicant. TAA requests to be included on the next submittal of this project to ensure that
the required forms have been submitted for record.

09/19/2022 SBLOOD1 ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Previous comment 7 was not adequately addressed - Regarding Keynote 11, please provide proposed relocated fence location in plan. Rather than showing where the new wall/fence are not going to be, please show exactly where the wall/fence is going to be in a way that is clear with dimensions if possible. Also provide a wall detail or more information on the composition of the wall and height.
