01/27/2022 SBLOOD1 ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Show compliance with UDC article 7.6.6.C.2 and how this site plan is maximizing water harvesting. Looks like water is flowing to the new landscape areas but it isn't clear if all the landscape areas are depressed 6-9 inches in order to capture and harvest any of that water. Revise the grading plan with contours/spot grades to show the landscaping depressed.
2. Show on the grading plan the sidewalk cut outs for the trees along the parking to match the site plan and landscaping plan.
