2. Demonstrate how S06-270 native plant plans are still applicable to this submittal and include these sheets with the next submittal.
Additional note – The native plant salvaging in the proposed construction areas needs to be complete prior to paving plans being approved.

3. Please include the Commercial Water Harvesting plans for this development. A Commercial Rainwater Harvesting plan is required UDC Technical Standards Manual – Section 4-01.0.0. and Section 5-01.0.0 Landscaping and Screening for all new development.
