Zoning has reviewed the grading plan for compliance with DP20-0163 and although the grading plan appears to match the tentative plat zoning cannot approve the grading plan until the tentative plat are approved and all other Zoning comments have been addressed. 2. 2-06.4.3 - Provide the grading plan case number, DP21-0123, adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 3.
