The property is zoned Light Industrial Zone (I-1), with the proposed development being four commercial buildings. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, FAA Part 77 airspace, City of Tucson Airport Environs Zone (AEZ) Overlay; Compatible Use Zone 2 [CUZ-2], and Airport Hazard District. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the second submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide. The access agreements need to be recorded. Provide copies of the recorded documents. A hold has been put on building certificates of occupancies for permits T21CM05152, T21CM05153, T21CM05154, & T21CM05155 until the recorded documents are provided.. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.L – As cross access is allowed between lots 1 & 2 and 3 &4 some type of easement or agreement is required.
