(not case-sensitive but a hyphen-dash- is needed)
3- Business/Individual Name: Leave blank
4- Click the blue tab: Continue
5-Under the Pay column, check the boxes
6- Click Continue

Email the following to COTDSDpermits@TucsonAZ.gov
(Disregard the automatic reply you will receive: "This email account is not...".)
1. City of Tucson Permit - Check-marked and signed. See attached.
2. Receipt for online payment

AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for us to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include information regarding the approved stamped plans and required inspections.
