2) Show on plans that the sidewalk along Melville ave will be constructed to PAG detail 200. Provide spot grades at 20' intervals along its length to show ADA compliance.
3) Show on plans that the curb access ramp at the southern end of Melville will meet PAG detail 207
4) At the pedestrian circulation connection to the new sidewalk along Melville show a 5'x5' landing
5) Provide a detail showing where the pedestrian path crosses the north entrance point. How the path enters the curbed landscaped area
6) Northern circulation path crosses over several vehicle wheel stops. Show how these will be removed or adjust path as needed.
7) Where the pedestrian path on the north side turns south, provide physical separation between the pedestrian path and vehicle use area
8) Concrete re-construction detail on sheet 2, does not provide enough information, dimensions or grades to show that it meets ICC ADA compliance standards for, cross slope, running slope, landing area etc. please revisit this detail
9) For the proposed pedestrian circulation path, show on plans cross slope and running slope
10) Sheet 2. Just east of the accessible parking spaced, there appears to be a door or gate at the top of a curb access ramp. Provide a detail showing how this meets ADA maneuvering and access details in ICC A117 2009
11) Sheet 3 section A-A does not match dimensional sheet 2 or sheet 3 plan view. The extruded curb is shown as a fence, and the landscape buffer width is incorrect. Update as needed
12) Previous comment 10, provide spot grades for water harvesting basins to ensure that 9" of depth is being provided.
13) Update plans to show that no new structure or storages units will be placed within the erosion hazard setback for the Alamo Wash
14) Show in the drainage statement the erosion hazard calculation using a curved section of wash. The CFS value does not align with values shown in the TSMS system which range from 2275 cfs to 2818. Supply a sealed drainage statement on next submittal
15) Update site plan in drainage statement to match new site plan
16) A meeting is requested to discuss the proposed pedestrian circulation path prior to the next submittal
