SUBJECT: Bridges Sub-Area B-3, DP20-0257

Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the development plan submitted April 06,2021. TEP is unable to approve the plan at this time.

It cannot be determined if there are existing facilities in conflict. In order for TEP to approve the plan, our facilities
and easements must be depicted on the plans.

Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facility map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. All costs associated with the relocation of the facilities in conflict will
be billable to the developer.

Please resubmit a revised blueline to the City of Tucson for TEP’s review. Should you have any technical questions, please contact the area Designer, Martin Rodriguez, at

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP20-0257, The Bridges; 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 11.56 acre site, located southwest of the intersection of East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and South Kino Parkway. The property is
zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed use being food service excluding soup kitchens.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority previously commented on the Major Change to PAD-15, comment letter is dated March 9th, 2018, with this comment letter being adopted on Page B7-B8 of City of Tucson Ordinance 11552. This proposed project area is contained within the areas identified by this City of Tucson Ordinance.

The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 2nd submittal of the project and has no additional comments to provide.
