Based on your response to this comment and the provided drawings the parking calculation is still not clear. Sheet 2 within the building footprint you show “(E) RESTAURANT (2613 S.F.), sheet 1 under the vehicle parking calculation you show “BLACK JACK (2210 S.F.)” & “TAX SERVICE (1,000 S.F.), which is it. Also clearly indication on the plan that the use is “FOOD SERVICE – TAKE OUT ONLY) or the requirement for the food service parking is 1 space per 100 sf of gfa. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a – The vehicle parking calculation does not appear to be correct. You state that 32 spaces are provided but the plan only shows 8. Based on aerial photos it appears that Black Jack Pizza has expanded into to the suite to the east, Zoning acknowledges that you are accounting for the entire space in the vehicle parking calculation but you will need to provide the required number of vehicle parking spaces or secure a Board of Adjustment for Variance. 2. This comment was not fully addressed provide a detail for the long-term bicycle parking. Also the short-term bicycle parking does not demonstrate how the requirements of UDC Articles 7.4.9.B.1.e, 7.4.9.B.2.a are met. 2-06.4.9.H.5.d – Clearly show where the short – & long – term bicycle parking is on the plan. Provide a detail for both the short - & long – term bicycle parking that clearly demonstrates how the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.9 are met. Additional comments based on changes to the plan: 3. On the first submittal the plans showed 2 parallel parking spaces near the southwest corner of the site, now the 2 space are labeled as 3 spaces.
