| 12/30/2020 | LOREN MAKUS | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | DP20-0208 1. Revise the drainage to clearly address the whole site. Although the proposed development is on just a small portion of the site, the whole site should be included in the description and site analysis. 2. Provide a discussion of the development timelines for the overall parcel. Since the parcel was recently created by combining parcels, It is unclear when prior development has occurred. If the buildings and pavement were completed after September 1984 retention and detention must address these developments. 3. Provide the waste stream calculation figures. Include the uses for the whole site. 4. Delineate areas of pavement, gravel or other surface treatments throughout the site. 5. The fences shown on the site plan seem to indicate potential use of both Lot 14 and Lot 15 as a single use. Clarify the relationship between the operations on the two sites. 6. Provide blocks or curbs to prevent vehicle overhang from partially blocking the sidewalk from the street to the new modular building. 7. Show how water harvesting is maximized in the project. |
