1. As requested during the previous review, the following note must be added to Page C1.0 the Development Package: "Archeological monitoring required during construction in appropriate locations as determined by the City of Tucson Historic Preservation Officer".
2. On Sheet L5.0 and L5.2, please include the following note: "No artificial turf to be installed".
06/15/2021 FRANK PODGORSKI HPZ ADVISORY BOARD HPZ ADVISORY BOARD DATE Reqs Change The proposed project was reviewed by the Plans Review Subcommittee with 3 conditions in the Decision Notice 1) Improvements do not include artificial turf; 2) Archaeological monitoring of appropriate locations during construction, as required by the CHPO; and 3) Relocation of interpretative signage to preserve lines of sight to Sentinel Peak.

There are no indications of artificial turf within the landscape plans; however, there are notes about artificial turf in the details which appears to be an oversight.

There are no notes about archaeological monitoring included in the plans. The plans should be revised to include this note and that the CHPO will be consulted prior to the start of construction.

Relocation of interpretative signage appears to be addressed correctly.
