City of Tucson Permit, check-marked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362 4. Receipt for online payment AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for us to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification.
