The ordinance may be scheduled for Mayor & Council adoption at any time. Conditions of the rezoning per the decision of the Mayor & Council are hereby met on the Development Package. No permits or development approvals [which includes excavation, grubbing, grading, paving] may be granted that are in furtherance of the rezoning request until the 30 days have lapsed and the conditions of rezoning have been met per UDC 3.5.3.J.6. The applicant is responsible for notifying Alexandra Hines at alexandra.hines@tucsonaz.gov when the 30 days near.
