DP20-0162 Development Package - PAD-1 TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 17, 2020 The development package has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section for minimal compliance with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06. Although it appears that the plans meet the minimum requirements of AM Section 2-06 the following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 1. Per PAD-1 Section XI.A Prior to any development occurring in a development area, a site plan shall be submitted by the developer of said development area to the owner, and after its approval, then to the City for approval. Provide a copy of the require approval letter with your next submittal. 2. Landscape plans will be required per PAD-1 Section VIII. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
