2) Letter of authorization from property owner;
3) Letter describing the scope of work, LISTING the proposed modifications to land uses, floor plans, and elevations, landscaping, indicating how the proposal complies with IID and historic preservation requirements;
4) Decision notices previously issued;
5) Cut sheets of proposed materials;
6) Revised renderings; and
7) Other materials are needed/required.
Design review fees will be determined at the time of submittal of request of modifications to the design package.
