An earlier page indicates sod. The water fountain was noted as a Add Alt during the Historic review. The color should be noted on the plans. Plans originally noted Davis Concrete, San Diego Buff as the color for the new concrete. A meeting on the site determined that this was not the closest match and a different color was chosen.
