| 07/06/2020 | LOREN MAKUS | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | DP20-0119 1. This project proposes disturbance of a regulatory floodplain. Provide an Environmental Resource Report in accordance with Technical Standard (TS) 4-02. Expect additional comments concerning riparian resource protection based on this standard. 2. Show the areas for each watershed identified in the drainage report. Online detention/retention is not permitted for drainage areas greater than 100 acres. 3. For clarity, I recommend using sheet numbers instead of DWG numbers for page references. 4. Clearly show depth of fill at representative points throughout the site. If two feet or more of fill is proposed in the outer 100 feet of the property adjacent to residential uses, the differential fill process must be followed. |
