The property is zoned Light Industrial Zone (I-1), with the proposed development being a building to support a future industrial or office use. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project. The Tucson Airport Authority communicated to the applicant that it was acceptable to record the Avigation Easement after the development package is approved.
