YOUR NEXT STEPS - Reply to this email and attach the following documents.
1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed. See attached.
2. Receipt for online payment

AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include a webpage link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections.

The queue is open from 8:00 am -12:00 noon, Monday-Friday.
TIP: It’s better to sign in closer to 8 than 12 noon.
This is similar to the City’s in-person counter but instead over the phone.
