RE: DP20-0073 / Woodspring Suites, new hotel / 3rd Submittal, Received September 10, 2020

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP20-0073, Woodspring Suites, new hotel; 3rd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 1.94 acre site, located southwest of the intersection of East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and South Kino Parkway. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed development being a hotel.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this comment letter. I can be reached by email at srobidoux@flytucson.com or by telephone at 520-573-4811.
