I have talked to developer/engineer notifying him that with the DCR (design concept report) of the I-10 & SR 210 Corridor Study the frontage road will probably not exist (per 3 preffered desgin options) and ADOT will not be able to supply emergency access points or legally allow a new sewer line to go in an access controlled area. District is being very strict about not allowing any new access points or utilities within the design corridor that we will be responsible for having to relocate at a later date.
