The development package has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section for minimal compliance with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06. It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal.

1. The referenced Development Package (DP), DP16-0181, is not the most current. It appears that DP17-0136 would be the most current.

2. 2-06.4.3 - Provide the development package case number, DP20-0064, adjacent to the title block on all sheets.

3. 2-06.4.9.R - Demonstrate that the minimum sidewalk widths are maintained around the perimeter of the proposed patio.
