CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 1. 2-06.4.3 - Provide the development package case number, DP20-0049 , adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes. 2. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Per UDC Article 7.4.6.F.2.a.(1) Access lanes and PAALs must be setback at least one foot from (1) An open structure, such as a carport or covered pedestrian access path as measured from the closest part of the structure or roof overhang 3. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - The wheel stop shown on detail "B", sheet A-2.1 is not in the correct location, see UDC Article 7.4.6.H.3. 4. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - As a vehicle parking space is being removed to accomadate the new accessible vehicle parking spaces provide a vehicle parking calculation on the plan. This calculation should include the number of spaces required (include the ratio used) and the number provided, including the number of spaces required and provided for the physically disabled. 5. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Provide a note on the plan stating that all accessible route slopes are to comply with ICC A117.1, Section 403.3; 5% maximum running slopes and 2% maximum cross slopes. 6. 2-06.4.9.O - The street perimeter yard setback dimensions shown are not shown correctly. Per UDC Article 11.4.6 Definition of Established Area Setback, this site would be considered Developing Area for the purpose of determining street perimeter yard setback requirements Per UDC Article 6.4.5.C.2 and Table 6.4.5.C-1 the minimum street perimeter yard is 21" or the height, greater of the two, measured from the back of future curb. The future curb is located 9' from the existing street property line.
