SUBJECT: Brioso at the Bridges DP20-0045 Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the development plan submitted March 5th, 2020. TEP is unable to approve the plan at this time. There are primary voltage lines and facilities along Park Ave right of way that are not depicted on the submitted plans. Cannot approve plans as we cannot determine if there are conflicts with TEP facilities. In order for TEP to approve the plan, our facilities and easements must be depicted on the plans. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facility map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. All costs associated with the relocation of the facilities in conflict will be billable to the developer. Please resubmit a revised blueline to the City of Tucson for TEP’s review. Should you have any technical questions, please contact the area Designer, Martin Rodriguez, at (520) 991-5495. Sincerely, Conor Mahoney, Office Support Assistant Design/Build TEP |
