If any issues, try using the browser Internet Explorer YOUR NEXT STEPS - Reply to this email and attach the following documents. 1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362 4. Receipt for online payment AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include a webpage link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections. To speak with a staff member on the telephone, please sign into the Virtual Zoning Counter: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/virtual-walk-thru. The queue is open from 8:00 am -12:00 noon, Monday-Friday. It's better to sign up EARLY. This is similar to the City’s in-person counter. The difference is after you sign up, we will give you a call. Thank you.
