Clarification is needed as to what amount of square footage is allocated to these parts of the business. Demonstrate compliance on site plan. Suggest removing the “storage spaces” and instead indicating all as standard parking spaces. 2. Provide an expansion calculation demonstrating the current and proposed square footage and the total percentage of expansion.
