This project is for lot 72. The retaining wall should be shown as being built entirely on lot 73. Retaining wall setbacks from the property line will adhere to City of Tucson Technical Standards Manual section 2-01.9.0. Construction of the retaining wall will require a separate building permit and review. Show on plans how positive drainage will be provided for the soil behind the wall 5) Update section A-A to indicated that the drainage swale at the top of the rock slope extends along the entire perimeter of the slope 6) The LEDGEND indicates a new section of 4' wide sidewalk will be constructed.
