03. COMMENT: Add St Mary's Rd, Church Ave, Cushing St, and Main Ave to the location map.

Indicate graphically, where possible, compliance with conditions of rezoning(s).

The following information must be provided on the landscape plans.

A. Planting Plan

Both the proper and common name of each type of plant material.

Location, size, and name of existing vegetation to remain in place;

Material and areas of inert ground cover.

Provide planting plan.

Ensure that Zoning, Engineering and Design Professional comments are addressed prior to landscape section approval.

1.The parking lot addition is going to built where a water harvesting basin is located. On DP12-0234 it calls out the area as a water harvesting basin “B”.
