Enter your Permit Nbr. and click the Continue tab 5. Business/Individual Name: Leave blank6. If any issues, try using the browser Internet Explorer YOUR NEXT STEPS - Reply to this email and attach the following document(s). 1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed (see attached). Before signing, double-check information (owner name, etc.) for accuracy. 2. Payment receipt (only if paying online) AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include a webpage link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections. Thank you.
