City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362 4. Attend an Engineering Pre-construction Meeting. To schedule, contact: Loren.Makus@TucsonAz.gov or John.VanWinkle@TucsonAz.gov. AFTER REPLYING with the required documents and attending the meeting, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include a webpage link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections.
